Appleが、Appleシリコンを搭載した27インチiMacを販売する計画がないことを、Appleの広報Starlayne Meza氏がThe Vergeに語りました。Apple has no plans to make a 27-inch iMac with Apple Siliconという記事になっていました。
Apple will not be making an Apple Silicon version of the 27-inch iMac to replace the Intel-equipped model that it discontinued in 2022. The company is instead focusing the iMac line around the 24-inch model that was first released in early 2021 and just updated with the new M3 processor this fall.

Appleの広報Starlayne Meza氏は、Studio DisplayとMac Studio、Mac miniを検討するよう、より大きなiMacを期待している人に勧めたと言うことです。
24インチiMacはM3チップ搭載して2023年秋に発表されたばかりです。ただし、搭載するのはプロ向けM3チップではないので、やはりプロフェッショナル向けにはStudio DisplayとMac Studio、Mac miniのような組み合わせが推奨されるということでしょう。
