Everyone who has an "name@gmail.com" address can also receive mail sent to "name@googlemail.com."
「xxx@googlemail.com」にメールを送信すると「xxx@gmail.com」で受信できるそうです。
ちょっと覚えておくと便利かもしれませんね。
Try giving out one or the other addresses to important, close contacts, while using the other for all the other stuff.
どちらか一方を親しい人に教えてみては、という使い方が紹介されています。
